Women's Day of Prayer – 1st Sabbath in March

2018 Women's Day of PrayerNow is the time to plan for the March 3, 2018 Women's Day of Prayer. The Woman's Day of Prayer provides an opportunity for women to learn about each other and pray for one another. It is a time to reunite with God and one another to strengthen spiritual bonds. Prayers for women everywhere create a spiritual network of empathy and understanding between Adventist women. Thousands of women (and men) gather to pray on this day. Although the essential purpose of the day is for prayer, the day can also provide women with an opportunity to strengthen their ties with other Christian women as they pray together. This year's theme is "God Understands." You'll find a resource packet complete with a sermon you can use, power point slides, "A Spiritual Woman" seminar (complete with the presentation, slides, and handout) you could offer in the afternoon, and more to help you make this a special and helpful day for your congregation. March 3 doesn't work for you? You can use the resources for a day of prayer on a date that works for you. Learn more on our website at
